Job summary

Lassie is seeking a Business Operations professional to design and run enrollment processes that move customers through setup, paperwork, system connections, and internal handoffs so Lassie can start delivering value quickly.

You will build the processes, dashboards, and automation that speed up onboarding and reduce manual steps, collaborating with sales, customer operations, product, and engineering to remove bottlenecks.

Business Operations builds the operating system behind Lassie’s growth. On enrollments, you’ll design and run the processes that move customers through setup, paperwork, system connections, and internal handoffs so Lassie can start doing useful work.
