White Oak Manor Shelby is seeking to fill our Business Office Manager position.

This position is full time Monday through Friday (40 hours a week) with competitive salaried benefits.

We're looking for the highest quality Business Office Professional, to oversee, process and maintain all appropriate and adequate information in order to bill approved payor sources for services and charges rendered by the facility. Our Business Office Professional will daily meet and communicate with our customers.

Must be able to provide superior Customer Service to our White Oak patients, residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction. At White Oak Manor Shelby, we believe that caring about people is as important as caring for them. To us, our commitment is more than a job. We are making a difference in the quality of life for our residents and their families.

Required experience:

  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience in Long Term Care within a Business OfficeProfessional role
  • Efficient knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance
  • Proficient experience with Matrix RFMS, Nevihealth and insurance verifications

The ideal candidate is versatile in business operational goals, caring, flexible and innovative with a strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors.
