Are you detail-oriented, compassionate, and ready to make a difference behind the scenes in healthcare? We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Business Office Manager to join our team at Shalom Gardens Health and Rehabilitation a respected and caring Skilled Nursing Facility where residents come first — and so do our employees.

What You’ll Do:

As our Assistant Business Office Manager, you’ll be a key player in keeping our facility running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Business Office Manager and leadership team to support billing, collections, admissions paperwork, and resident trust accounts — all while helping families navigate their loved one’s care journey with confidence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resident billing and collections (Medicaid, Medicare, Private Pay, and insurance)
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and reporting
  • Support admission and discharge processes with required documentation
  • Provide exceptional service to residents, families, and vendors
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a healthcare business office (Skilled Nursing preferred)
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software (PointClickCare a plus!)
