The Business Office Manager (BOM) is responsible for maintaining CHS business office policies and procedures, and supervising the Assistant BOM. The BOM must communicate effectively with the Executive Director, Regional Team, Business Office Staff, and external clients such as families, attorneys, and outside agencies.
