Salary Range: $23.58 - $29.48 per hour
Minimum Education: Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
Related Experience: Minimum of three years in a relevant role; managerial and office experience preferred.

The Business Office Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the business office operations of the community. This includes attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining community associates to provide high-quality care and personalized services, while minimizing the use of premium labor in conjunction with HR in a CCRC setting.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the Executive Director to drive profitable growth, ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards, and facilitate effective communication with associates, residents, families, vendors, and visitors. The role also involves managing resident billing, overseeing payroll to ensure accurate payments, processing vendor invoices promptly, and fostering an inclusive community culture.
The position requires a minimum of an Associates degree or equivalent, with at least three years of related experience. Previous managerial and office setting experience is preferred. The role may include supervising other departments.
