Responsibilities

The Home Health Business Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and directing the administrative support and non-clinical operations of the agency, ensuring all duties are performed in a timely manner.

  • Overseeing and maintaining contracts, HR/medical files, and binders for all agency employees and contract staff in accordance with policy and regulations.
  • Reviewing, reconciling, and submitting invoices to Home Office, ensuring timely payment and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
  • Performing and managing billing audits and following up with corrections.
  • Managing clerical staff and non-clinical workflows, including hiring, disciplinary, and separation decisions.

Education And Experience

  • At least 3 years of healthcare experience or experience in office administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Leadership abilities in process and people management.
  • Experience with payroll, supply management, and basic financial knowledge is preferred.
