Paul Miller Chevy in West Caldwell, NJ is seeking an Automotive Finance Specialist with 2-3 years of GM dealership experience to present and sell financing and F&I products. You will establish relationships with finance sources and manage rate quotes while ensuring compliant, profitable deals.

Qualifications

• Proficient with CDK and Darwin.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with finance sources.
• Submit paperwork and obtain approvals from finance sources for customers.
• Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
• Handle all rate quotes and ensure paperwork is complete and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with finance sources
• Submit paperwork and obtain approval from finance sources for our customers
• Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale
• Handle all rate quotes
• Maintain the profitability of the department while controlling expenses and maintain customer satisfaction
• Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc
• Establish and meet monthly objectives
• Maintain high profitability of finance products in an ethical, legal and compliant manner
• Understand and keep abreast of the federal, state and local regulations that affect the operations
• Maintain high ethical standards in daily activities
• Ensure paperwork is legal, compliant and complete without flaw
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

• 2-3 years Automotive Finance experience preferably in a GM dealership
