Job summary

Everence is seeking a Business Loan Servicing Specialist in Lancaster, PA to provide administrative, processing, and servicing support across the lending cycle, from origination through closing and ongoing servicing.

You will collaborate with loan officers and credit analysts, prepare documents, monitor compliance, and maintain accurate loan records while delivering quality service to internal teams and members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years loan servicing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Thorough understanding of lending and deposit programs, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective support for all phases of business loan processing and servicing.
• Prepare business loan documents and ensure compliance with policies using LaserPro.
• Assist with HMDA reporting and DL loan modifications.
• Maintain accurate loan files and document imaging order.
• Support Everence church loan processing and servicing and related duties.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and clients.
