Job summary

ENB Financial Corp. in Ephrata, PA is hiring a Consumer & Small Business Sales Associate to assist in originating and servicing consumer and small business loans.

You will support Relationship Managers, manage loan documentation, and ensure compliance with lending regulations from application through closing. The role emphasizes collaboration with underwriting, loan operations, and compliance teams to maintain credit quality and streamline interdepartmental workflows.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. Will consider equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Hold an NMLS or ability to obtain within 6 months of role entry.
• Must be proficient in basic software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to gain working knowledge of commercial, real estate and construction lending.
• Valid Driver's License.
• ENB Operational and Functional Competencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loan origination and processing from application to closing, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate loan approvals with Relationship Managers, Credit Underwriters, and stakeholders.
• Research borrower, guarantor, and collateral details for due diligence.
• Prepare and maintain client credit files throughout the loan process.
• Oversee loan closing, ensure conditions are met, and coordinate with Loan Operations.
• Communicate with third-party stakeholders to facilitate smooth closings.
• Review and finalize loan documents, and manage loan servicing requests.
• Develop knowledge of customers, businesses, and opportunities to support relationship management.
