Job summary

Everence seeks a Business Loan Servicing Specialist in Lancaster, PA to provide administrative and servicing support across loan origination through closing and post-closing processes.

You will assist loan officers and credit analysts, prepare documents with LaserPro, monitor HMDA reporting, and maintain accurate file ordering while delivering high-quality service to members and teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years loan servicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all phases of business loan processing and servicing.
• Prepare loan documents in LaserPro per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and distribute monthly LaserPro/Finastra activity report.
• Verify due diligence to close business loans.
• Assist with ongoing loan servicing and account follow-up.
• Review loan files for compliance with policies and regulations.
• Ensure mortgages are recorded and UCCs filed in a timely manner.
• Record minutes for Business Loan Committee meetings.
• Support Everence church loan processing and servicing.
