Job summary

Everence Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part-time Member Service Representative in Lancaster, PA. You will professionally welcome members, process transactions, open new memberships/accounts, and assist with inquiries in a courteous, confidential manner.

You will identify cross-selling opportunities, promote Everence products, work with the branch team, adhere to security and AML policies, and maintain accurate member records while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred or basic understanding of financial services
• Ability to cross-sell products and services to members
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient service to members in person or by phone
• Process transactions and open new memberships/accounts
• Cross-sell Everence products and services when appropriate
• Maintain product knowledge and stay informed of offerings
• Support branch team and participate in meetings
• Adhere to security, CIP, and anti-money-laundering policies
• Update, manage and protect member records
