Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience.
• Business litigation experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation documents, discovery materials, case files, and deadlines for business litigation matters.
• Draft, revise, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, and related legal documents.
• Coordinate document production, review records, organize exhibits, and maintain case management systems.
• Assist attorneys with trial, hearing, mediation, deposition, and arbitration preparation.
• Attend trials, hearings, and related proceedings as needed to provide litigation support.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, court personnel, clients, vendors, and opposing counsel as appropriate.
