You will support a lead attorney on significant personal injury cases, manage case files, prepare pleadings and discovery, and organize medical records and deposition coordination.

This in-office role requires strong litigation knowledge, excellent writing and communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative attitude to keep matters moving and ready for trial.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of Florida litigation procedures and court filing requirements.
• Experience supporting complex cases and preparing matters for trial.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize assignments, take initiative, and work closely with an attorney.
• A dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Availability to work in person in West Palm Beach and begin as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury case files and keep matters organized and moving forward.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents for attorney review.
• Obtain, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and other case materials.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, expert appointments, and case‑related scheduling.
• Track deadlines and maintain accurate litigation calendars.
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, and trial binders.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and experts.
