The position requires 5+ years of legal assistant experience in litigation, strong client communication, and meticulous organization. Onsite work with potential remote day options complements a team-focused, stable firm culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Legal Assistant experience required.
• Experience managing a busy legal desk with competing deadlines.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation support, legal correspondence, discovery, and case organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and follow-through.
• Professional, polished client-facing presence.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Comfortable working primarily onsite in West Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with active litigation and pre-suit plaintiff matters in a high-volume legal environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients by phone and in person, including intake and case updates.
• Request, organize, and maintain medical records, medical bills, case files, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with drafting legal documents, discovery responses, and litigation-related materials.
• Coordinate depositions, experts, travel, meetings, deadlines, calendars, and other case activities.
• Assist with trial preparation, case organization, and overflow support for other attorneys or legal teams.
