Responsibilities

• Initiate generation of documentation for complex and non-complex business loans.
• Obtain applicant data and input into loan software system; order title policies and appraisals.
• Confirm insurance and titles are received and maintained; ensure completeness.
• In supervisor's absence, perform pre-closing and post-closing reviews.
• Review loan origination and closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Close non-complex loans.
• Set up and maintain business loan files for documentation and UCC filings.
• Follow audit and security policies per Credit Union policy and regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments for quality and timely service.
• Process business loan payments/advances and calculate payoff amounts.
• Use sales skills to identify member needs and opportunities.
• Assist in appraisal bid and engagement processes.
