The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in business immigration, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. The position emphasizes productivity, collaboration, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree or Paralegal certification preferred.
• At least 8 years of business immigration experience (paralegal).
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant/immigrant visa procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Has accountability for the performance and quality of an immigration consulting team.
• Considers multiple sources of information to identify the best course of action for clients and teams managed.
• Identifies solutions to novel situations; adapts team plans and priorities.
• Guides and influences others; conveys specialized immigration information to clients.
• Meets deadlines and communicates case progress/status to supervisor; manages high-volume caseload.
