Job summary

Fragomen in Phoenix is seeking a Business Immigration Supervisor to lead junior caseworkers and oversee complex cases. You will mentor staff, ensure timely output, and guide case strategy while coordinating with clients and the service team.

The role requires substantial immigration experience, strong written and verbal communication, and a client-focused mindset. You’ll work with a dynamic team to uphold Fragomen’s standards and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business immigration experience (paralegal)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• Supervisory or managerial experience required
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes
• Excellent client service mindset and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Act as a supervisor to junior business immigration caseworkers
• Train new employees and supervise staff with mentoring and performance management
• Manage complex cases, prioritize workload, and ensure timely output
• Provide direction using extensive knowledge of business immigration matters
• Liaise between the immigration team and Client Services Manager/Associates
• Maintain strong client relationships and participate in client meetings and reviews
• Lead high-touch calls and address client escalations with accurate reporting
• Prepare immigration applications, petitions, and supporting letters
