Job summary

The Ōnin Group in Nashville, TN is seeking an IT Solutions Specialist to bridge business needs with technology. You’ll partner with teams across locations to understand processes, gather requirements, and design tech solutions that enhance teammate and client experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in IT solutions or similar roles, experience documenting workflows, and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and low‑code platforms. Strong communication and multi‑tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Solutions, Business Systems, or similar tech role.
• Experience using technology to solve business or operational challenges.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting workflows or processes.
• Knowledge of business process improvement and systems implementation.
• Experience collaborating with software developers throughout the SDLC.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and connecting business applications.
• Experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, workflows, and needs.
• Lead requirements sessions and document current and future-state processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for development teams.
• Create workflow diagrams, process docs, and solution recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency via tech, automation, and optimization.
• Assist design, implementation, testing, and adoption of new systems.
• Provide training, documentation, and change management support.
• Deliver exceptional support to internal and external users and clients.
