Job summary

Ōnin Staffing in Nashville, TN seeks an IT Solutions Specialist to partner with over 100 branch locations and home offices. You will understand business needs, translate requirements into technical specs, and help design technology solutions that improve experiences for teammates, clients, and staff.

You will lead requirements sessions, document processes, and support new systems while delivering training and change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in an IT Solutions or Business Systems role.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and no-code/low-code automation is a plus.

Position Overview

We’re looking for an IT Solutions Specialist to join our innovative IT team in Nashville, TN.

In this role, you’ll partner with teams across more than 100 branch locations and our home offices to understand business needs, improve processes, and help design technology solutions that create a better experience for teammates, clients, and internal employees.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, workflows, and business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an IT Solutions, Business Systems, or similar technology-focused role.
• Experience using technology to solve business or operational challenges.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting workflows or processes.
• Knowledge of business process improvement and systems implementation.
• Experience collaborating with software developers or engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and connecting business applications.
• Experience with no-code or low‑code automation platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• A customer‑first mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
