Job summary

Bankonit Inc. seeks a Solutions Specialist III to provide technical support for new client projects. The role focuses on hands-on system and software support, with emphasis on Group Policy, Active Directory, server management, and banking applications.

The position requires strong problem solving, initiative, and clear communication. Ideal candidates have at least three years of technical experience and multiple certifications.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of desktop operating systems, software applications, and PC/Server/Network hardware.
• Advanced understanding of network systems and management.
• Advanced understanding of electrical safety procedures.
• At least three years of technical work experience or equivalent education.
• At least three relevant technical certifications (A+, Network+, Security+).

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, complete client projects per Project Management and client/vendor requests.
• Provide hardware, software, and network support to clients with focus on uptime, security, and efficiency.
• Create or update documentation for client projects.
• Serve as initial client contact for technical support on new projects.
• Assist technicians with technical problems.
• Respond to tickets and calls, and update or create tickets as needed.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly in writing and verbally.
• Follow procedures to resolve tasks and document changes.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technicians.
• Perform related duties as required.
