Job summary

Enable Resource Group is seeking a mission-minded IT Systems Administrator to support church clients and internal teams in the Nashville area. The role combines on-site and remote IT support, focusing on reliable technology resolutions, effective planning, and strong client relationships.

You will handle a broad range of tasks from 365 administration to network basics, with an emphasis on clear communication, project coordination, and maintaining professional standards in client environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support (Tier II–III)
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID management
• Windows and macOS support familiarity
• Networking basics and Windows server management
• Remote administration capabilities
• Disaster recovery and backup technologies
• Background check and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Build client relationships through active listening and empathy.
• Explain complex tech concepts in plain language for all skill levels
