Job summary

Capital One Shopping seeks a Business Director to drive strategic growth, price product strategies, and integrate AI-enabled insights across lending and consumer experiences. You will mentor teams, partner across IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance, and lead analytics-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Remote-eligible role with responsibility for multiple products, governance, and market-facing strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
At least 2 years of people management experience.
At least 2 years of project management experience.
Master’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in financial services.
1+ year of experience in consulting.

Responsibilities

Develop business strategies driving growth, profitability, and competitive success.
Coach and mentor analysts to develop talent at Capital One.
Lead product pricing strategies and data modeling for lending products.
Direct-to-consumer marketing and insights for new customer experiences.
Build risk models and test hypotheses using rigorous analytics.
Partner with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance to improve quality, volume, and profitability.
Drive decision making with strong analytics and quantitative orientation.
Lead cross-functional execution across multiple projects.
