Job summary

First Dakota National Bank is seeking a Business Digital Banking Support Specialist to join any of our branches. You will provide responsive, knowledgeable daily support to Business Digital Banking & Cash Management customers by phone, email, and business conversations, guiding them in using available solutions and escalating when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience providing daily customer support via phone, email, or in-person.
• Ability to troubleshoot digital banking issues and resolve problems.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of cash management and digital banking products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt daily support to Business Digital Banking & Cash Management customers.
• Troubleshoot access, navigation, and service issues; identify root causes and resolve.
• Educate customers on system features and security practices.
• Coordinate escalation with internal teams and vendors when needed.
• Assist with setup, entitlements, and maintenance in accordance with agreements.
