Job summary

First Dakota National Bank is seeking two Business Digital Banking Support Specialists to join our team at any branch. You will provide responsive daily support to Business Digital Banking and Cash Management customers via phone, email, and in conversations.

You will troubleshoot access, navigation, and service issues; guide customers in using solutions; and coordinate timely escalation when needed. Interactions span ACH origination, wire transfers, remote deposit, and fraud prevention tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, professional daily support to Business Digital Banking & Cash Management customers through phone, email, and business conversations.
• Troubleshoots digital banking access, navigation, functionality, transaction, file-processing, and service-related issues; identifies root causes and communicates resolution steps.
• Assists with customer setup, user administration, entitlements, maintenance, and service changes; educates customers on system features and security practices.
