Job summary

First Dakota is seeking a Business Digital Banking Support Specialist in Pierre, SD. The role provides responsive support to Business Digital Banking and Cash Management customers, addressing questions and guiding use of available solutions.

You will work with multiple departments to resolve issues, ensure secure handling of customer data, and contribute to a positive, efficient customer experience. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8–5, with opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Higher education preferred or minimum five years banking experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to Business Digital Banking & Cash Management customers via phone, email, and in conversations.
• Troubleshoot access, navigation, and transaction issues; identify root causes and resolve.
• Assist with ACH origination, online wire transfers, remote deposit, and fraud tools.
• Authenticate customers and follow security procedures before sensitive actions.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve.
