Job summary

Upstate Coin and Gold is seeking a driven Business Development Associate with strong communication and a proven sales record to fuel growth through lead generation, prospecting, and client onboarding. The role blends sales with trading support in a fast-paced precious metals environment.

You will manage CRM/ERP data, perform high-volume outbound calls, maintain pipeline integrity, and collaborate with compliance and trading teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of sales achievement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and outbound prospecting to build a robust target list.
• Execute high-volume cold calls and engage key decision-makers.
• Follow up with warm leads to accelerate conversions on the same day.
• Maintain pipeline and CRM/ERP data with accurate, timely updates.
• Collaborate with compliance and trading teams to onboard clients smoothly.
• Manage lead lifecycle from initial contact to hand-off to sales.
