Business Development Specialist Packaging

This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit, where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Business Development (BD) team in assessing new markets via data analysis, intel capture, and concise summarization of complex market landscapes.
• Enable efficiency and speed of execution within BD projects, partnerships, and workflows by leveraging project management methodology and tools.
• Support strategic growth within the Specialty Tapes and Labels Business through continuous monitoring of market conditions and evolving market trends.
• Support strategic engagement at all points in the value chain to expedite innovation and project timelines.
• Improve efficiency and knowledge sharing via cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally with exposure to market analysis/opportunity-sizing and cross-functional collaboration. Experience within the pressure-sensitive adhesives industry is preferred.
• This is a remote position; expected travel is approximately 25%.
• Interest in learning about the evolving packaging industry.
• Highly independent self-starter with strategic planning skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead with confidence.

The salary range is $85,000-$115,000, subject to adjustment based on experience and other factors.
