What You’ll Do

1. Support the Business Development (BD) team in assessing new markets through data analysis, intelligence gathering, and concise summarization of complex market landscapes.
2. Enhance the efficiency and speed of BD projects, partnerships, and workflows by utilizing project management methodologies and tools.
3. Support strategic growth within the Specialty Tapes and Labels Business by continuously monitoring market conditions and trends.
4. Assist in strategic engagement across the value chain to expedite innovation and project timelines.
5. Facilitate efficiency and knowledge sharing through cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to market analysis, opportunity sizing, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in the pressure-sensitive adhesives industry is preferred.
• This is a remote role; expected travel is approximately 25%.
• Interest or experience in the evolving packaging industry.
• Self-starter with independence, goal-oriented mindset, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and leading with confidence.
• Flexible, quick learner with agility.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

The salary range for this role is $85,000-$115,000, with potential for variation based on experience and other factors. The range may be adjusted in the future.
