Responsibilities

1. Support the Business Development (BD) team in assessing new markets through data analysis, intelligence gathering, and summarization of complex market landscapes.
2. Enhance the efficiency and speed of BD projects, partnerships, and workflows by utilizing project management methodologies and tools.
3. Assist in strategic growth initiatives within the Specialty Tapes and Labels Business by monitoring market conditions and trends.
4. Support strategic engagement across the value chain to expedite innovation and project timelines.
5. Promote efficiency and knowledge sharing through cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with market analysis, opportunity sizing, and cross-functional collaboration; experience in the pressure-sensitive adhesives industry is a plus.
• This is a remote position with expected travel of 25%.
• Interest or experience in the evolving packaging industry.
• Self-starter with goal-setting and strategic planning skills.
• Strong data interpretation, trend analysis, and business decision-making abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity confidently.
• Flexible, quick learner with excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
