Position Overview

This role is within our Adhesive Technologies business unit, focusing on empowering industries through innovative adhesives, sealants, and coatings. We seek a proactive professional to support market analysis, project execution, and strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the Business Development team in analyzing new markets through data collection and summarization of complex landscapes.
2. Enhance project efficiency and execution speed using project management methodologies and tools.
3. Monitor market trends to support strategic growth in the Specialty Tapes and Labels sector.
4. Engage across the value chain to accelerate innovation and project timelines.
5. Promote knowledge sharing through cross-functional and regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business.
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably with market analysis and cross-functional collaboration; experience in pressure-sensitive adhesives industry is a plus.
• This is a remote role with an expected travel of 25%.
• Interest or experience in the packaging industry.
• Self-motivated with strategic planning skills.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000, subject to potential adjustments based on experience and company policies.
