Licensing / Business Development Expert (USA)

[Main Responsibilities]

- Develop and execute licensing and business development strategies for international partners entering the U.S.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders

- Conduct market analysis to guide entry strategies and assess competition

- Ensure compliance with IP and regulatory requirements

- Support onboarding and integration of international partners

- Develop and execute reimbursement strategies if needed

[Qualifications]

- Required: At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/medical device development industry business development/ licensing strategy.

- Strong experience with licensing, business development.

- Experience with international parties expanding into the US is a plus.

- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.

[Compensation/Work Style]

Work Style: Remote. Work style and hours vary depending on client projects. Most opportunities typically last for a few months, and schedules are flexible, with adjustments made in consultation with clients.

Travel: Some projects may require business travel, depending on the client’s project details. (Travel expenses will be reimbursed separately.)

**Participation will be under a service agreement with xCARE.
