Role: Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our sales team, you'll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that empower businesses to scale internationally through GlobiFYE’s services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage companies seeking global expansion solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Present and communicate GlobiFYE’s value proposition to prospects
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Meet/exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings

What We’re Looking For

️ 2–3+ years in business development, sales, or similar roles

️ Track record of closing deals and hitting revenue goals

️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

️ Self-starter with strong initiative and independence

Bonus: Experience inIT services, SaaS, orinternational outsourcing
