The role targets markets including data centers, electrical infrastructure, mass earthmoving, underground utilities, deep foundations, and concrete construction. You will collaborate with estimating and operations teams from the first introduction through project award.

Qualifications

• An established local network of owners, developers, general contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Relevant construction experience and the ability to identify opportunities, secure invitations to bid, and build lasting client relationships.
• Documented results, including projects or accounts they helped bring in.
• A strong professional reference sheet with contacts who can verify their reputation, relationships, and performance.
• Clear communication and follow-through, working with estimating and operations teams from first introduction through project award.
