• An established local network of owners, developers, GCs, and decision-makers.
• Construction experience and ability to identify opportunities, secure invitations to bid, and build lasting client relationships.
• Documented results showing projects or accounts they helped bring in.
• A strong professional reference sheet with verifiable contacts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and leverage a local network to secure invitations to bid.
