Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to drive market expansion, establish strategic partnerships, and support the development of innovative business models. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, build strong external partnerships, and collaborate with internal teams to execute business initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market & Business Development:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Identify and develop new business models and partnership opportunities through negotiation and collaboration with potential partners.
  • Drive new business initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Resource Integration
  • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with external stakeholders, including platforms, government organizations, and industry associations.
  • Coordinate internal resources such as product, legal, and technical teams to support partnership negotiations, contract execution, and project implementation.
  • Monitor the progress of partnership projects, regularly evaluate performance, and optimize collaboration models.
  • Track key business development metrics such as partnership pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Produce data-driven insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Adjust partnership strategies based on market feedback and competitor analysis to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Participate in planning quarterly and annual business development budgets and monitor execution effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in establishing successful partnerships or expanding new markets is preferred.

  • Experience working in international environments such as multinational companies or overseas market expansion.
  • Familiarity with emerging sectors such as digital economy, green economy, blockchain-related technologies, or innovative digital platforms.
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate with international teams and handle cross-border partnership agreements.
