This role focuses on solving customer on-site issues across warehouse, logistics, delivery and production while collaborating with CQE/RQE to mitigate impacts. Fluent English, strong customer service skills, and a solid STEM background are required.

Key Responsibility:

• Lead to solve customer on-site problems in a timely manner including, but not limited to warehouse, logistic, delivery and customer production issues.
• Collaborate with CQE/RQE to collect resolve production issue, communicate with customer/CATL, to mitigate issue impact.
• Build deep contact with customers, establish good customer relationships, and enhance customer's perception of our company's services.
• Gain insight into targeted dynmaics, obtain first-hand information, and support SPP in achieving new project targeting and business expansion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Full-time undergraduate degree or above/chemical/environmental/energy-related engineering majors.
• Familiar with North American new energy vehicle industry after-sales service standards/North American energy storage industry safety operation specifications/North American energy storage industry recycling-related standards and regulations. .
• Technical proficiency of electrical engineering terminology, familiarity with functions of Lithium-ion- battery components (modules, BMS, PCS/inverter(s), TMS, electrical systems, etc. for ESS (storage) and EV (power) applications will be helpful. At the very least, a strong STEM background is vital for this role.
• Fluent English communication ability/customer business negotiation ability/contract writing ability/market research ability/writing service request ability.
• Highly organized and efficient with time management and follow-ups. Ability to plan assignments, organize priorities and deliver results.
• Great team work and cross-department collaboration.
• Worked in a company related to the energy or automotive industry, with exceptional experience in customer service
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
• Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25-50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
• Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
