What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers, focusing on public sector (SLED) and commercial markets in Philadelphia, PA.
  2. Develop territory penetration strategies, analyze performance, and adjust tactics to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  3. Qualify prospects from internal and external leads based on customer potential and route opportunities to team members.
  4. Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective customers to present Quill’s value propositions.
  5. Create engaging presentations using marketing collateral to drive engagement and conversion.
  6. Represent Quill at conferences, tradeshows, and events to acquire new customers.
  7. Present custom pricing solutions to high-growth potential customers.
  8. Leverage education contracts, including Cooperative Purchasing partnerships and Bids, to grow education customer base.
  9. Ensure a smooth transition to account management upon customer commitment.
  10. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics.
  11. Maintain accurate records in CRM, including activity logs and pipeline updates.
  12. Continuously seek improvement through coaching and peer learning.
  13. Contribute positively to team culture, share learnings, and build trust.
  14. Collaborate with sales leadership and peers to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies.
  15. Promote company values, services, product features, and benefits.
  16. Expand share of wallet through consolidating business, creating customized pricing, and developing trusted advisor relationships.

What’s Needed - Basic Qualifications

  2. 4+ years of field sales experience.
  3. Approximately 50% travel within the territory based on needs.
  4. Remote role: Must be able to cover Philadelphia, PA territory.
What’s Needed - Preferred Qualifications
  1. 6+ months of relevant experience in the public sector market.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  3. Proven business development experience.
