HONDA Cars of Aiken is a premier Honda dealership looking for a hard-working Business Development Representative to join the sales team and generate business leads. The role involves answering inquiries, scheduling showroom appointments, and maintaining proactive outreach to prospects using eLead CRM.

Ideal candidates will have inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Internet or inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and internet requests for vehicle pricing, availability, etc.
• Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our sales team in our showroom.
• Confirm next day appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Maintain a daily average of outgoing calls to prospects and past customers.
• Maintain daily outgoing texts and emails to customers.
• Follow up with hot leads with Internet Manager.
• Log all appointments in eLead and keep daily activity records.

Our dealership is well known in the Aiken, North Augusta and surrounding communities as the best Honda Dealership in the CSRA and we are looking for a hard working, professional and dedicated Business Development Representative to work alongside the Sales Team to create business leads.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and internet requests for vehicle pricing, availability, etc
• Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team in our beautiful showroom
• Confirm next day appointments and reschedule missed appointments
• Maintain a daily average of outgoing calls to previous day's showroom prospects, customers that did not purchase, etc
• Maintain a daily average of outgoing texts and outgoing emails
• Work with Internet Manager to follow up with hot leads
• Prospect the Manifest Lists
• Maintain the integrity of eLead record keeping
• Log all appointments in eLead
• Maintain daily appointment activity in shared document with BDM
• Exercise exemplary verbal and non-verbal communication skills and protect the dealership's interest when communicating with customers
