Business Development Representative (Remote - US)

Are you ready to elevate your sales career with a company that's reshaping the future of clinical research? Signant Health is looking for a passionate, driven Business Development Representative to connect with potential clients and make an impact.

As a BDR, you’ll be on the front line of our sales team, turning leads into opportunities, initiating new conversations, and helping us expand in the life sciences industry. You’ll collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to generate qualified leads, identify client needs, and promote Signant’s innovative solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Managing and qualifying leads by responding promptly and creating strong first impressions.
  2. Executing outbound campaigns through phone, email, and social media to uncover new opportunities.
  3. Conducting compelling discovery calls to understand needs, challenges, and timelines.
  4. Building relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  5. Collaborating with Sales Directors to pass high-quality opportunities.
  6. Maintaining accurate outreach records in CRM with detailed notes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of inside sales, lead generation, or related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and influence others.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and persistent.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or technology sales is a plus but not required.
