We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in generating pipeline by identifying, connecting with, and qualifying potential customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth startup where your contributions will have an immediate and visible impact. You'll be instrumental in building our sales pipeline from the ground up—creating outreach strategies, experimenting with new channels, and laying the foundation for scalable, repeatable revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients using a variety of channels including outbound email, social media, and cold calls.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and qualify them for deeper engagement.
  • Maintain active engagement with leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to strategize on outreach approaches and hand-off qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot CRM.
  • Stay current on Vytal's platform, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events to build pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, self-starter with a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and managing rejection positively.
  • Experience with CRM tools, especially HubSpot, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
