Job summary

Hire Right Recruiting is seeking a Business Development Representative (B2B) to build and grow our referral partner network in Southern California. You will cultivate relationships with home inspection companies, real estate professionals, restoration firms, and related partners to generate long-term referral business.

You will earn a base of $25/hour with uncapped commissions, plus a $1,500/month marketing budget and a $2,000/month guaranteed minimum for the first 90 days while you build your

• Proven B2B business development experience in home services, real estate, restoration, or construction.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and professional.
• Willing to travel across Southern California for in-person meetings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce is a plus.

Description

We are a growing Southern California foundation repair, seismic retrofit, and drainage company hiring a Business Development Representative to build and grow our network of referral partners. You will develop relationships with home inspection companies, real estate professionals, restoration companies, and other partners who generate long-term referral business.

Compensation: $25/hour base plus uncapped commission on closed business, a $1,500/month marketing and networking budget, and a $2,000/month guaranteed minimum for your first 90 days while you build your book. On-target earnings of $100,000 to $110,000 or more.

Key Responsibilities
