This role involves partnering with ADP’s domestic and global field sellers in the Global Enterprise Solutions space to build new client pipelines and grow market share. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, with a “hunter” mentality and a strong understanding of value-based selling.
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Cultivate prospect accounts and nurture them into sales opportunities.
• Implement sales strategies targeting decision-makers and business owners.
• Build relationships with existing clients and explore additional business opportunities.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.
• Demonstrate professionalism under pressure and uphold high ethical standards.
• Use digital technology for sales activities (no travel required).
Requirements:
