Business Development Representative (Remote, U.S.-Based | EST Hours)

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll serve as a key player on our clients' outbound teams—owning research, outreach, and lead qualification. You’ll work with a dynamic portfolio of clients across various industries, gaining broad exposure and sharpening your skills across multiple go-to-market motions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop outbound strategies
  • Research target audiences and personas
  • Build and deploy outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social channels
  • Cold call prospects to qualify opportunities and book meetings
  • Report activity and insights accurately in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Partner with Sales Operations to manage lists, build campaigns, and optimize outreach
  • Maintain a structured daily workflow aligned to client KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, but not required)
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
  • A growth mindset: eager to learn, adaptable to change, open to feedback
  • Resilience and grit: comfortable with rejection and persistent in pursuit of goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
  • Laptop Specs:
  • 8 GB+ DDR4 Memory (Mac or PC)
  • Integrated webcam
  • Suggested models: MacBook Air, Microsoft Surface Laptop Go, Dell Inspiron 13–15, HP Pavilion
  • Connectivity:
  • Fibre internet with a minimum of 60 Mbps
  • Ethernet cable connection required
  • UPS or inverter backup recommended to prevent connectivity issues
