Business Development Representative
Location: This is a remote position open to candidates based in Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX, Burlington, VT, or Tallahassee, FL
Reports to: VP of Marketing
Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Why We Need This Role:
We’re growing fast and we need someone who can turn market insights into real conversations. This role is critical to our pipeline growth. As a Business Development Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our target accounts. You’ll use 6sense, LinkedIn, and HubSpot to identify, engage, and convert prospects into qualified meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable with outreach, curious about healthcare, and motivated to learn how demand is created.
What You’ll Do:
• Use 6sense and intent data to prioritize and personalize outreach to healthcare prospects
• Write compelling outbound emails, phone scripts, SMS/Text messages and LinkedIn outreach
• Make calls, follow up on leads, and nurture early-stage opportunities
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to book qualified meetings
• Track activity and results in HubSpot
• Test messaging, channels, and approaches to improve performance over time
What You’ll Bring:
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound prospecting and business development
• Familiarity with 6sense, LinkedIn, and HubSpot preferred
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Confidence on calls and a bias toward action
• Experience in healthcare SaaS or the revenue cycle space a plus
