Our client is a trusted provider of professional medical review services, offering objective assessments to support various industries. They specialize in delivering thorough evaluations that assist in decision-making for legal, insurance, and healthcare-related matters. They are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying and engaging potential clients, and driving growth through outbound prospecting efforts. This is a fully remote position.

Business Development Representative’s Responsibilities and Duties

  • Research and identify potential clients within target industries.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our services and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach efforts and client interactions in the CRM system.

Business Development Representative’s Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role (staffing or recruiting experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
