Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, showcasing the value of our TMS solutions and setting the stage for successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:Identify and research potential clients within the last mile delivery sector.
  • Outreach:Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media interactions to engage prospects.
  • Qualification:Assess the needs and pain points of potential clients to determine fit with our solutions.
  • Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of our cloud-first TMS platform and effectively communicate its benefits.
  • Appointment Setting:Schedule meetings and discovery calls for the sales team with pre-qualified leads.
  • CRM Management:Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts.
  • Feedback:Provide insights and feedback from prospects to help improve our product and sales approach.

Qualifications
