Our client, a Creative, Data-Driven Digital & Physical Marketing Services Company, is looking to bring on their first Business Development Representative!

Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Management: Screen and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and proper handoff to the sales team.
- Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with prospects, addressing their questions and providing relevant insights to keep them engaged.
- Follow-up & Pipeline Management: Ensure consistent follow-up with both inbound and outbound leads, tracking progress and updating CRM records.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide feedback to marketing on lead quality.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline growth to optimize outreach strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a sales development, business development, or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and disciplined in managing outreach and follow-ups.
- Comfortable with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot), email automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Ability to adapt messaging based on customer needs and market trends.
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys both inbound and outbound sales efforts, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to business growth.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Preferred Industry Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
