The Opportunity

We seek a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performance team. In this role, you will identify and engage technology vendors seeking to launch or optimize their MSP channel programs. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by connecting with decision-makers at SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, cloud vendors, and other B2B technology companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand vendor needs and articulate how Channel Mastered can help them build or enhance their MSP channel programs.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our services effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales in the technology sector. Experience in the IT channel is generally preferred, and the MSP channel is specifically preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including building rapport with C-level executives at organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for driving business growth.
