Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to build relationships with local businesses and introduce them to workforce solutions. You'll spend time meeting owners, learning consultative sales, and following a structured process.

Starting with comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, uncapped commissions, and growth opportunities within a national organization, with first-year earnings expected around $48k–$60k+.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Ability to type 40 WPM.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Uncapped New Client Commissions
