About The Role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a key part of our sales team, focusing on outbound prospecting in partnership with our Account Executives. Successful BDRs excel at researching, qualifying, and developing leads to help prospects modernize their benefits strategy by becoming Forma customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn new skills, contribute to a growing startup, and accelerate your sales career.

You Will

  • Research prospects, identify key contacts, educate, qualify, and develop contacts to generate sales-ready leads via outbound prospecting.
  • Develop and execute cold calling and email campaigns to identify potential customers for Forma’s products and services.
  • Partner with marketing to drive interest through events and promotional resources.
  • Maintain account information in Salesforce.
  • Monitor and meet monthly metrics to achieve revenue goals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competitors.
